I am Aftab Bakhat, a Criminal Defence Consultant Solicitor with over 28 years’ experience representing clients across the full spectrum of criminal law

Throughout my career, I have advised and defended individuals facing allegations ranging from drink and drug driving to serious violence, drug supply, sexual offences, and complex fraud. As a former founding partner of a successful high-street criminal practice, I now act as an independent Consultant solicitor, bringing senior-level judgment and perspective to every case I handle.
